Fully cooked, ready to eat, just slice and eat cold, or we recommend reheating for breakfast. Just slice and warm it in a cast iron skillet with your eggs!
This tasted almost like my grandmother's Blutwurst! She used cinnamon in hers and I thought I tasted a hint of cinnamon in this. We have purcahsed from other sources and this is by far the best we have purchased. I alos appreciate that it was made with Hog's blood instead of beef blood. More like the original!
