New addition to Wurstfest this year, Wurstfest Sausage & Kraut Making Class, Friday, March 22, 6 pm-10 pm, sponsored by the Hermann Chamber of Commerce. Learn, hands-on, the German tradition of sausage and kraut making. Join three-time hall of fame Wurstmeister Mike Sloan for the sausage making portion of class. Dan Kuebler and Joey Los will lead a hands-on workshop on making naturally fermented kraut the same way as Hermann settlers. Advance registration is required.
