German Bologna Pasta Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Hermann Wurst Haus Grand Champion German Bologna
- 1 lb. penne pasta
- 1 large tomato diced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 cup black olives sliced
- 6-8 green onions sliced
- 6 oz. Pepper Jack cheese cubed
- 6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese cubed
- 12 oz. balsamic vinaigrette or Italian salad dressing

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the pasta according to the directions and drain.Â
- Slice the German Bologna into 1/4 inch slices, then quarter.
- Combine tomato, peppers, green onions, olives, cheese, and German Bologna in a large bowl. Gently stir in pasta and pour dressing over mixture. Serve immediately or chill. Serves 20.
