- 1 quart sauerkraut rinsed and drained
- 2 cups finely diced celery
- 6 green onions diced (green and white parts)
- 4 oz. pimentos drained
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- Combine all ingredients and stir well. Let stand overnight and serve warm or cold.
