We have some great pricing on beef and pork bundles. It’s a great time to stock your freezer for the winter months with  our locally raised beef and pork bundles! We also have Pork steaks, Pork Chops and Ground Chuck bundles. Local meats for local folks!

BEEF BUNDLES:

$630 + plus tax – take home weight approx. 125 lbs. You pay on the rail weight of the animal, 175 lbs. x $3.60/lb. 4-6 weeks out on orders.

  • Ribeye Steak – approx. 5 lbs (2/pkg)
  • Chuck and/or Arm Roast – approx. 8 lbs. (1/pkg)
  • Sirloin Steak – approx. 8 lbs. (1-2/pkg)
  • T-Bone Steak – approx. 5 lbs. (1-2/pkg)
  • Porterhouse Steak – approx. 3 lbs. (2/pkg)
  • Tenderized Round Steak – approx. 4 lbs. (1-2/pkg)
  • Stew Meat – approx. 3 lbs. (1 lb pkg)
  • Ground Beef Patties – approx. 9 lbs. (4-6 patties/ 1 lb. pkg)
  • Ground Beef – approx. 80 lbs. (1 lb. pkg)

PORK BUNDLES:

1/2 hog Processing 125 lb. average (rail weight) $340+ tax (this price is based on the rail weight of the animal, not the weight of the meat taken home). You get roughly 78 pounds of meat including, pork chops, pork steaks, ribs, assorted bacon, bratwurst, breakfast fry sausage, jowl, black forest ham, and soup bones (all packed for two people). 4 to 6 weeks out on orders.

  • Pork Chops – 12 lbs., approx. 16 pkgs.
  • Spare ribs – 3 lbs., approx. 1 pkg
  • Bacon – 10 lbs., approx. 10 pkgs.

  • Boneless, Black Forest Ham – approx. 10 lbs.
