We've made a twist to this Italian favorite!
8 oz. Hermann wurst Haus Beef Summer Sausage
1 pint cherry tomatoes
8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese balls, small size
1 cup basil or parsley, chopped
1 cup balsamic vinaigrette
In a bowl, combine the sausage, tomatoes, cheese and basil (or parsley). Add the vinaigrette and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
