Summer Sausage Caprese Salad Recipe

Our Summer Sausage Caprese Salad is a taste of Italy featuring the Wurst Haus’ own Beef Summer Sausage.

INGREDIENTS

8 oz. Hermann Wurst Haus Beef Summer Sausage
1 pint 1 pint cherry tomatoes
8 oz. 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese balls small size
1 cup basil or parsley, chopped
1 cup balsamic vinaigrette

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, combine the sausage, tomatoes, cheese and basil (or parsley). Add the vinaigrette and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
