SUMMER SAUSAGE CAPRESE SALAD
We've made a twist to this Italian favorite!
- 8 oz. Hermann Wurst Haus Beef Summer Sausage
- 1 pint 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz. 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese balls small size
- 1 cup basil or parsley, chopped
- 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- In a bowl, combine the sausage, tomatoes, cheese and basil (or parsley). Add the vinaigrette and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
