Our Hickory Smoked, fully cooked, heat and serve Peppered Country Style Pork Sausage is made with pork, seasonings, added spices, hint of sage, with a coating of added Pepper only on the outside of the sausage. This sausage is stuffed into a pepper lined cloth casing. After Hickory smoking , the cloth casing is removed and the pepper coating is transferred to the sausage!
Eat cold or heat and eat at morning, noon, or night! Very attractive and tasty!
