Our bacon is smoky, savory and some of the best tasting bacon around.  At Hermann Wurst Haus, we dry cure and wet cure (cure in a brine) our bacon and hickory smoke it for hours.  Unlike cheaper bacons we don’t use “liquid smoke” to enhance the flavor or add extra water which dilutes flavor but adds weight.  So go on, enjoy our twelve flavors.  Medium sliced, about 14-17 slices/1 lb. vacuum-packed package.  The Wurst Haus offers a 5 package Bacon of the Month Sampler Package – or build your own 5 pack10 pack or 15 pack
