Summer Sausage, Bologna and Salami

The Hermann Wurst Haus Summer Sausage, Bologna and Salami varieties are made with a blend of award-winning seasonings and then hickory-smoked to perfection.  Perfect sliced thin and served on crackers with cheese. Our Summer Sausage, Bologna and Salami are low-fat, high-protein; most are shelf stable (except German Bologna and Sweet Lebanon Bologna – they require refrigeration).  Each sausage is approximately 8 – 9 ounces each except the Finocchiona and Soppressata Italian Salame which are larger. You can create your own assortment of sausages in our 3-pack6-pack or 9-pack options in our online store.  Choose flavors from the selection below.  Old Fashioned Summer SausageFinocchiona and Soppressata are sold separately due to their size.
