If you need an idea for your party, you should try to make these roll-ups filled with the nutritious Black Forest ham from Hermann Wurst Haus. But first, shop for the following ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
- 5 tortillas, room temperature
- 1 (8 ) ounce package cream cheese softened
- ½ cup of chopped dried cranberries
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- ½ pound of Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons of freshly minced parsley
- 2 teaspoons of dried celery flakes
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Some salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Pound Black Forest Ham sliced thin
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take a bowl, and mix cream cheese, parsley, celery flakes, mustard, lemon juice, and some salt and pepper. Blend these ingredients together and stir in the cranberries and green onions. Spread this mixture over the tortillas, then layer with ham and cheese. Once you’re done, you should roll each tortilla tightly, wrap them and refrigerate for about an hour or longer. Each tortilla can be cut into 16 slices to make a great appetizer.
