January 2-4 -- Franklin County Gun Show

We will have a booth at the Franklin County Gun Show, Jan. 2-4, at the N-Sports Rec Center  in Washington, MO. Wurstmeister Mike and the Wurst girls will be sampling and selling our most popular sausage products. More info at www.militiaarmaments.com

January 10 - Hermann Wedding Trail

During the Wedding Trail, engaged couples and their families have an opportunity to tour wedding and reception venues at their own pace. Wurst Haus will offer a free glass of local Sparkling Wine to engaged couples and free samples of Wurst Haus products.  See our portfolio of photos from previous events and our wedding and rehearsal dinner meal display.

January 16 -- International Hot & Spicy Food Day

In recognition of International Hot & Spicy Food Day, we will serve these hot & spicy favorites today in our deli; Bloody Mary Bratwurst on a pretzel bun with chips & a pickle, or our Chili Cheese Bratwurst on a pretzel bun with chips & a pickle, all for $7.99.  Upgrade with a side of our German Potato Salad made with our Grand Champion Bacon.  Wurst Haus beer is extra but makes the meal complete!

January 17 -- Sausage Making 101 Class, Featuring Summer Sausage, 10am and 2pm - Sold Out!

Learn, hands-on, the German tradition of summer sausage making. Join two-time hall of famer Wurstmeister Mike Sloan for this VIP event that's both informative and entertaining. Mike will show you the ropes of summer sausage making and cover topics such as, cold smoked vs. hot smoked, natural fermentation vs. artificial fermentation, natural casings vs. collagen casings and much more. Class is by reservation only, will begin at 10 am and 2 pm and will last approximately 2 - 2½ hours. Tickets are $59 per person and includes a beer and bratwurst tasting, 2 pounds of sausage that you make and a Wurst Haus goody bag.  Participants receive 10% discount on in store purchases that day.  Attendance is limited to 16 people, call 573-486-2266 to reserve your spot.

February 2 --Ground Hog Day Special

In honor of this special day, we are offering a Ground Hog Special!  The 1st Ground Hog Sandwich is regular price, second Ground Hog Sandwich is half price and both include chips and a pickle when you mention this ad.  (We aren't actually serving Ground Hog, it's our Pulled Pork Sandwich, we thought we would catch your attention!)

February 12 -- Lincoln's Birthday Special

February 13 -- Makin' Bacon 101 Class, Friday 7 pm

March 3 -- National Cold Cuts Day

In honor of this national food holiday, Hermann Wurst Haus is offering 1/2 price on cold cuts purchased by the pound.

March 17 -- St. Pat's Day Special

We are featuring our Rueben Brat, made with pork, seasonings, spices, caraway, Kraut, Thousand Island dressing, and Swiss cheese all infused into the brat served on a delicious pretzel bun.

March 27, 28 & 29 -- Wurstfest

Annual Wurstfest, our national holiday for our "wursts". Samples all day long till we run out, then we're gonna stuff more while you help hold it (Ha Ha, the casing). Enjoy the "Wurst" meal you ever had at the Hermann Wurst Haus. We'll be having Currywurst, Garlic Butter Chicken Breast, Mom's German Potato Salad with Wurstmeister Mike's Grand Champion bacon, house red cabbage, and Kraut for $12.99. Wurst samples all day long, no long lines and awesome world famous flavors/varieties plus Crown Valley from St. Genevieve will be pouring samples of their wines and Hermann Wurst Haus beers on Sat. from 10am - 5pm hosted by the beautiful Miss Jamie. Miss Jamie and all the other "wurst girls" will all be decked out in traditional German attire. In store specials such as buy 4 packages of brats, the 5th package is on us. May -- National BBQ Month

We will be featuring our slow pit smoked beef brisket and our seasoned hickory smoked pork butt, slow cooked, pulled and added BBQ sauce, served on a bun for only $8.99 or sold by the pound for take home at $9.99 for pork and $12.99 for brisket.  Instant hot, tasty meal with zero shrink loss.  Excellent for graduation parties where you want to spend time visiting and not cooking. 

May -- National Hamburger Month

May 2 & 3 -- Wild Bacon Wine Trail Bacon Special

In honor of Wild Bacon Wine Trail this weekend (Hermann Wine Trail event), we will be featuring 4 flavors of Wurstmeister Mike's bacon.  We always have 5-6 featured flavors of our 47 flavors of bratwurst but this weekend it's all bacon on the hot sample bar.  Our Grand Champion Hickory Smoked Bacon, Applewood-Smoked Bacon, Pecan Smoked Bacon and our newest bacon product, Bourbon Pepper Bacon.  So, if you haven't had your bourbon or bacon yet today, there is still time.  You should keep flavored bacons on hand all the time to create different flavor profiles on a wide variety of products and serve at dawn, midday, dusk and dark.  Stop in and visit the Wurst staff, enjoy free samples and take home some of the best bacon in the world from the Wurst Haus in downtown historic Hermann, MO.

May 9 -- National Moscato Day

In store samples of Crown Valley Muscato and Pink Muscato wine.  Excellent Missouri made sparkling wine with special pricing.

May 9 & 10 -- Mother's Day Breakfast

We are having a Mother's Day Breakfast Buffet May 9th and 10th from 7-11 am! Treat Mom to a full breakfast complete with hickory smoked bacon, pork sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, muffins, coffee, milk and orange juice for $8.99 plus tax (one trip).

May 13 -- National Apple Pie Day Special

Bratwurst, Baseball, and Apple Pie, it doesn't get any more American than that.  Free Apple Pie served today with the purchase of lunch.

May 16 &17  -- Maifest at Wurst Haus

We will be serving our German Platter this weekend; Your choice of two of our award-winning bratwursta, served on a bed of sauerkraut and your choice of two sides for $12.99.  The Wurst sample bar will be open and hosted by Wurstmeister Mike.  Wurst Sampling; Currywurst, Mettwurst, Caramelized Pear and Gorgonzola Bratwurst, Rueben Bratwurst, and Andouille.  Wurst beers will be available for samples and sales from the Brewmeister and Wurst beer girls.

June 21 - 26 -- Big BAM (Bicycle Across Missouri) Music Festival

Hermann Wurst Haus is the official Bratwurst for the Big BAM (Bicycle Ride Across Missouri) Music Festival!  Missouri's cross state bicycle tour that incorporates music and entertainment in communities across Missouri!  Starts at Rock Port on Monday and ends on Friday in Canton.  The Wurst mobile will be selling brats at the stops along the way!

In honor of this month long tribute to bison, we will offer specials on 10 oz. Bison rib eyes and Bison burger (3 patties to pound)!

In honor of National Peach Month, we will be sampling our Jalapeno & Peach Bratwurst all month at the Wurst Sampling bar!   Daily bratwurst special - buy 4 packages and get the 5th package free!

August 1 -- National IPA Day

Come in today for free samples of our IPA beers such as Crown Valley Brewing Gunslinger, a double IPA, robust, malty beer with an intense hop profile from five different hops.  Or Wooden Nickel Pale Ale, brewed with a medium gold color using three hop varieties to enhance the citrus and floral aromas.  Or our Wurst Haus Steamboat Smoked Ale, which has a black and smoked malt character that carries out the smoky flavor.  This would pair perfectly with any Wurst Haus smoked meat.  5.6% alcohol by volume, serve at cellar temperature between 54-57 degrees.

We are featuring our German platter consisting of 2 flavors of brats of your choice on a bed of kraut, with your choice of 2 sides.  Wurstmeister Mike recommends our German Potato Salad made with our house bacon and red cabbage.  On select weekends, we will have a roving accordion player, guest local wineries sampling & selling their wines, expanded seating, and daily wurst sampling.  The Wurst Cart will be on the street selling the best Wurst.  Also don't forget about our Wurst beers (4 flavors) available by the bottle, 6-pack or draft.
