Venison Summer Sausage

Our Wurst Makers are continuing to work 7 days per week to complete Deer orders. Thank you to the many, many, loyal customers who have brought us whole carcasses or boneless deer meat to be made into delicious Venison Sausage products. Rest assured we will get all orders done without cutting corners and the wait will be worth it.

Early reviews are highlighting our Naturally Aged Summer Sausage which requires about 39 days to make and complete. In other words, if we made it today, it would be ready in about 39 days. The time, temperature, and humidity conditions are what make this Wurst the Best!

If you have additional sausages being made we will not contact you until all your order is done. Also, our new Venison Cherry Chipotle Snack Stick is a show-stopper! We will accept boneless, frozen deer meat until May 1st.
