German Bologna Pasta Salad 

GERMAN BOLOGNA PASTA SALAD

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Hermann Wurst Haus Grand Champion German Bologna
  • 1 lb. penne pasta
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup black olives sliced
  • 6-8 green onions sliced
  • 6 oz. Pepper Jack cheese cubed
  • 6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese cubed
  • 12 oz. balsamic vinaigrette or Italian salad dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to the directions and drain. 
  • Slice the German Bologna into 1/4 inch slices, then quarter.
  • Combine tomato, peppers, green onions, olives, cheese, and German Bologna in a large bowl. Gently stir in pasta and pour dressing over mixture. Serve immediately or chill. Serves 20.
