Soppressata – The most well known of the Italian salamis, a naturally air-dried Italian dry salami. A flavorful, robust salami, made with ground pork, seasoned with paprika, black pepper, red pepper, black peppercorns, other spices and red wine! Order Here
Finocchiona – A Tuscan salami, whose name comes from “finocchio” or fennel, which is used to flavor the pork used to make this sausage. A Tuscan favorite, it’s dry-cured to develop its rich aroma, the fennel seeds and other spices add layers of flavor to the creamy sausage. Order Here
Peppered Country-Style Pork Sausage – Hickory Smoked, fully cooked, heat and serve Peppered Country Style Pork Sausage is made with pork, seasonings, added spices, hint of sage, with a coating of added Pepper only on the outside of the sausage. This sausage is stuffed into a pepper lined cloth casing. After Hickory smoking, the cloth casing is removed and the pepper coating is transferred to the sausage! Order Here
